Terms of Use

1. What Cashed is
Cashed is a fee bridge: it indexes pons launches on Robinhood Chain, claims creator fees directed at it, and credits the recipient share to the named creator account (on X, Spotify or fomo), who withdraws it directly, or, on fomo, receives it in the wallet they trade with; X accounts may later also be paid through 𝕏 Money once live. Recipient shares are credited on chain in the recipient's name; Cashed does not hold them in its own accounts.
2. Directing fees is acceptance
Directing a token's creator fees to a Cashed fee address constitutes acceptance of these terms by the deployer. The deployer is responsible for the token, its description and any claims made about it.
3. The split
Every claim is divided on chain: 80% to the recipient share, 20% to the protocol treasury. The share may be raised but never set below 50%.
4. Recipients
Being named as a recipient creates no relationship with Cashed. A recipient may claim, ignore, redirect or opt out. Cashed may withhold relaying (never the funds themselves) where the law requires it to collect information first.
5. No warranties
The contracts are provided as is. pons v2 is under audit and not yet fully audited. Chains halt, RPCs fail, and prices move. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice.
